Ok, I’m just posting my favourite pictures here, real quick like before I go to bed (otherwise I won’t post them until like wednesday)

I didn’t take the camera with me to the con friday – I wore my officer uniform. Then I headed home and got changed for the TRU midnight star wars thingie. So here’s pics from that:

Saturday I wore Leia most of the day. I went to the 501st panel in the morning, and then helped out with the 501st children’s programming (they built stuff with legos, it was cute)

My extra Leia hair, ew! haha. I went over to Ash’s house to change into Amidala, and had just taken my hair down. Soooo many bobbie pins.
Amidala – finally! It took forever to get the hair fixed and my makeup done… I’ve got to practice so it doesn’t take forever at C3. I’ve also got to get a different white face makeup – I don’t like the mehron stuff, it’s too thick and hard to get on evenly. I’m going to find something else this weekend. (probably will get just a really light foundation or something instead)

I already have things I need to go back and rethink – like how the cape attaches and that kind of stuff. It was not easy to wear for a long amount of time. My back was killing me by this point.
After the masquerade I went and changed into Anna (with the new wig! but I took no pictures. I was going to do that before we left, but yeah… I was in no condition for that when we finally left) and we wandered for a bit, then went to see the 501st band play:
And we danced, and had a few drinks, and completely lost track of time. It didn’t help that daylight savings went into effect and we lost an hour, too. I got home at 4 am and ended up doing nothing but sleeping today. I was going to go back out for the other 501st panel today, and to pick up my masquerade award, but I slept right through all that, haha.
